My greatest joy is to help you break through what's in your way. I believe wholeheartedly that you deserve - and are capable of achieving - emotional freedom and positive growth

Our work together will help you get there.

What might it be like for you to work with me?

You can count on me to roll up my sleeves and do the hard work with you. I deliver honest feedback and won't shy away from the tough questions. I'll help you examine your "stuff", and stick with you when things get hard. We'll laugh often! I'm not afraid to talk about anything you need to talk about - no matter how awkward, humiliating, or taboo it might seem. This is your place to feel safe being 100% honest, so we can get in there, do the work, and make things better.

My style of therapy is engaged and active. You're here to crate a better life out of your challenges, and I'm in it with you. You'll get helpful resources, new insights, and measurable skills that you can take with you on your journey.

You'll be a good fit to work with me if you're equally committed to the therapy process, are open to learning and challenging yourself patterns outside of our therapy sessions, and willing to get vulnerable for the sake of growth and change.

As a clinician who is dedicated to doing women-centered work, I deeply understand and support the lens of women as they seek fulfillment and meaning in a world of conflicting messages and competing priorities.

I am a fully licensed mental health clinician in the states of Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania. I received my graduate degree and training from The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and my BA in psychology and creative writing from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.

I am also a Certified Secondary School Counselor in the states of PA and CT, though I do not actively utilize this certification in my private practice. Rather, these certifications often help me approach common educational and familial road blocks with comprehensive understanding.

Above all, no matter what I'm doing or where I'm doing it,

at my core is a deep desire to empower you to move forward.
