About Lauren.
In her years of work as a psychotherapist in private practice, Lauren has helped countless individuals and couples process the extramarital affairs that are impacting their lives. Infidelity has affected Lauren's life and the lives of countless others she loves and cares about. It became a clear path for her to make it her mission to help others through, and to heal and grow from, an affair.

With this unique lens, Lauren combines valuable lived experience and specialized professional expertise to provide intensive, solution-focused consultation to clients far and wide who are struggling with infidelity. Clear guidance, solid support, and knowledge-based compassion are the cornerstones to each confidential session.

Education & Credentials
Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Creative Writing from The College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester, Massachusetts. She received a Master of Science in Education Degree from The University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, PA. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor.

Lauren has extensive experience working with decision making, motivation, and discernment, relational dynamics, recovery from codependency, addiction and recovery, narcissistic abuse and healing from, trauma healing, and grief work.

She works with married couples and couples in an affair, and individuals on all sides of the affair triangle.
